Yes! We provide 30 days to cancel the additional warranty if you change your mind after purchase, and will provide you with a refund for the cover amount you have paid.
If your hearing aid stops working during the course of normal usage, contact PocketAid on 1300 903 355 or [email protected]. If it is necessary for you to send the device to us, you will be required to pay postage. PocketAid will pay for the return postage to you.
PocketAid will repair or replace any defect or malfunctioning part or send you a BRAND-NEW hearing aid at no charge.
Loss, theft or damage of the hearing aid and unauthorised repairs by a third party are not covered.
