I have never used hearing aids before but after returning from a long I overseas flight my ear drums burst and my hearing has deteriorated. I have checked out other hearing devices and the cost is overwhelming so have put off committing then a friend sent me details online for PocketAid so decided to give them a go. I adjust the heading aids before inserting into ear and then check on them. I guess with time I will be able to do so while in my ear. I am still getting use to them but am quite happy with them. I can now hear the TV as my husband turns the sound right down – says gives him headache. Will keep experimenting when with groups of people. My health fund covered half the cost, so a plus.

At age 84 I am trying hearing aids for the first time (I have only minimal hearing loss) I chose to try PocketAid Spot mini and have found them to be quite satisfactory so far. I’m still playing around with the settings. I am unable to compare with more expensive options.
My existing somewhat ancient and high – priced hearing aid failed. As I explored the options for replacement, the costs seemed absurd. These hearing aids are fabulous, I have had other far more expensive hearing aids previously and these were much cheaper and are far superior. I am back watching my television shows.

These are my first hearing aids and I am delighted to say they are brilliant. I could hear very well in quiet locations and when people were speaking normally, but was at a loss in noisy environments and with very quiet speakers. I resisted getting them for a long time, but now wonder why I waited so long. It is an absolute pleasure to hear effectively again. An additional bonus was that they worked perfectly from the moment I put them in and I was able to wear them all day without any irritation or other concerns from day 1. Do yourself a favour, don’t wait, these are fantastic and you won’t be disappointed.
Two qualified audiologists ignored my tinnitus and social activities. After extensive research into OTC (over the counter) I eventually came across the Jaspa hearing aids. The open design of the ear PLUGS let in outside noise and the multi volume increase settings allow good control. The MODE selections also work. After 3 years of messing around and at only $1k I have hearing aids that are working and that I will use. Have saved a lot of money and used self help to by-pass the expensive options offered by audiologists.

I previously had two other hearing aids. One was a professionally done “in ear” and the other a “over the counter” behind ear type. Neither worked well for me. The Jaspa 3 Dura has exceeded my expectations and I am happy with it.

I had expensive hearing aids years ago and they didn’t seem any different to my new Jaspa 3 dura hearing aids. Its early day trying to work out what is best with the 4 different programs but it has made a massive difference hearing the TV and my husband. Highly recommended for the price point
Spot Mini 6 has solved my hearing problems at Probus meetings where I have been struggling to hear the Speakers clearly. I only need the lowest setting. I have been using Jasper 3 aids since January 2024 and find them easy to adjust to suit different environments. Over all very satisfied.

Gradually building up hours and quite happy at moment. Have tried in crowded room with good results which was real problem previously. Have told plenty of friends many who have spent thousands with no better results than my Jaspa 3.

Whenever I’ve had a query, the help from the staff has been exceptional. My family are very happy with not having to repeat everything. I’m happy because I can join in conversations now.

The best hearing my 92-year-old mother has had in many years. The Jaspa 3 dura outperform all her other prescribed hearing aids at a fraction of the price. The Pocked Aid team provide great service and very helpful in all aspects, especially after the dog got hold of one of my mother’s Jaspa 3.
After having a hearing test and expected to pay an astronomical amount of $ for hearing aids I was put off getting them. I saw your add and did some reading up. Firstly the price was more acceptable and the reviews spoke for themselves. So went ahead and bought a pair . Still getting used to them and Wow I can hear clearly now without the big pocket expense $$ which most will know of. Thank you pocket aid.

One month in. Happy so far. Can now watch TV without subtitles. My voice is quite loud now but the $6k aids were the same. Maybe I’ll learn to adjust bit better. No regrets so far.

Very happy with my hearing aids I have asked a lot of people with hearing aids were they happy with there’s and most would say no so I was a little hesitant about themn but pocketaids have been wonderful I don’t have to ask my wife to repeat everything she says.
So fantastic, easy to use, discreet! Haven’t told the family… haha but I don’t struggle to hear high frequency word sounds, I can join in conversations without asking for repeats, straining or just plain withdrawal. Bought last week for 93 year old Mum who has gone from very deaf to hearing again at an excellent level. They are great for her as nothing is external to be dislodged. Too good to be true …..but it is. After years of “nagging” – my wife complaining about having to repeat herself and the excessive TV volume, dragged me reluctantly along to a “hearing specialist” whereupon I was signed up for a $6000+ (no rebates/discounts available to us) pair of aids.
Soon after, I was reading the Found Hearing (Now Pocket Aids) advert. After a thorough investigation on my part, (being very cynical), I cancelled my order for the $6000+ aids and purchased the Jasper 3 pair for just over $800.That was 12 months ago. Originally purchased the Jaspa BTE and organised extra batteries. While these did the trick I somehow felt the rechargeable Jaspa DURA would be the ones I really needed. I spoke with the team and they were super helpful in organising the DURA’s for me. I really enjoy the convenience of the recharging via the case. I was born deaf (30% both ears) and as I’ve aged my hearing declined. I’m in my mid 50’s and was missing critical information at work with colleagues and customers. Even more concerning my grandsons were frustrated that I couldn’t hear them. So I took the plunge with POCKETAID. Best decision I made and the grand kids are happy too. So far so good.
I had a hearing test about 2 years ago and was told I had lost approximately 45% of my hearing. I was given loan hearing aids for a week’s trial and these were middle of the range at $4000.00… I could not adjust them and had difficulty fitting them and I lasted 1 day wearing them… They were terrible…Had another hearing test in May 2024 but after spending some time on the brilliant PocketAid website I contacted Kylie at PocketAid and after Kylie answered all my questions I decided on the Jaspa 3 Dura…

My new hearing aids are very easy to use, a simple press of the buttons and I can change the 1 of 4 zones or the 1 of 10 volume settings and the dome that fits into your ear is very comfortable to wear…

..I have previously been using Jaspa Hearing Aids and were happy with them but since trying the Spot Mini 6 have found them to be much smaller…easier to use..sound is great..very happy with them so really highly recommend them..Robert
I swapped to Dura rechargeable units as my eyesight and dexterity were lacking and battery changing was a nightmare. The Duras were a godsend and all is working exceptionally well.

I’m so grateful l received my new pocket aids, now I can hear a lot better, and now with it’s own battery charger.
I am very happy with the whole experience of ordering, receiving and using the Jaspa 3 dura hearing aids. The instructional videos made it extremely easy, and removed any worry about how to use them. I am pleased with how quickly I have got used to using them, and how much lower the TV volume is now.
I have jasper 3 dura aids 2nd set l have, very high hearing loss, tried other brands witch cost 4 times more and are’nt as good as Jasper 3 dura
The aids were a bit tricky to get the settings right. Once set correctly they are excellent. Very discreet and as good for my hearing as my $6500 Phonak pair. They don’t give off noises in windy conditions and are much easier to wear.

Excellent no sudden noise to make me jump. Will experiment with settings and select which setting is the best for me.
I usually use a well known brand which has an app for controlling settings, and while good generally I have have trouble picking up certain sounds and lose the context of sentences. The Jaspa 3 provides a clean, very articulate sound and words can be picked up more easily even though one is aware of other sounds at the same time. I’m still getting used to adjusting volume and program but I am very pleased that I have this aid, for when I must have clarity that I don’t get with my more expensive aid.

I already had the Jaspa 3 BTE hearing aid which has been life changing for me so I had no hesitation in up grading to the Jaspa 3 Dura when it became available. It has the same excellent quality of the previous model and I strongly recommend it. I’ve found the Pocket Aid company to be very efficient and responsive to deal with and they impress as a very ethical organisation.

Bought 2 pairs of the Jasper 3 hearing aids for my wife and myself and we are very pleased with them. Never had hearing aids before but found them very good. We like that you can adjust the volume up and down unlike more expensive ones.
These are my first hearing aids so cannot compare with other more expensive ones. They are comfortable and very simple to adjust. Still experimenting with the 4 programs but being able to adjust the volume of each side independently is great. Very happy customer so far.
After two previous horrendous experiences with expensive sets of hearing aids I sceptically purchased two Jaspa3 aids. The process was excellent and the resultant hearing improvement helped me join group conversations for the first time in years. Received a follow up call to check on how I was faring which surprised me. I use them as often as required . Simple and easily adjustable to suit the hearing environment.

I find the in-ear Spot Mini device user friendly, and they’re every bit as good as the Jaspa 3.
I have been using my Spot Mini 6 hearing aid for about a month now and I am impressed. I sometimes forget that I have them in and I did not think I had the widest ear canals.
Given the good sound quality, I only need to have mine set on less than half the volume setting. I highly recommend the Mini 6 to anyone in the market for a well priced product.

Am still experimenting on the different settings available, and being so tiny I am still feeling awkward adjusting the volume settings. I have now acquired a single Pocket Aid Spot mini 6 completely in canal (CIC) hearing aid. As a health care professional I need to have accurate reliable hearing, and my gradual loss of high frequency tones with age has compelled me to finally look at hearing aids this year. The Spot Mini is a completely different type of device, as it goes fairly deeply into the canal and is therefore barely visible to others. The thin plastic removal pin that pokes out of the unit is useful for removing the device, but I personally do not need it for that, so cut it off as instructed in the online manual. If a person chooses to do that, it becomes a little more tricky to remove, but is still straightforward if one has reasonable manual dexterity. The Unit works very well, allowing me to hear sounds, voices, conversations more clearly. I have tried it now for a few weeks, and it’s improved my ability to hear patients and other staff. No-one has noticed when I have it in.
Size is excellent. Fit is excellent. Easy to use and sound quality very good. Overall excellent value.
I initially decided to try out a Jaspa 3 as a low cost experiment to find out whether I could tolerate wearing hearing aids. Although I have hearing loss in both ears, the loss in my left ear is greater and so I began using a Jaspa 3 device in that ear only. Let me say it was a game changer for me, I was better able to hear conversation in a busy pub atmosphere, and my husband was ecstatic that I turned down the TV volume. But the most significant bonus for me as a one on one trainer in a noisy laboratory setting was the ability to actually hear the questions my trainee was asking rather than try and guess words I previously couldn’t quite make out. I had been waiting for my private health cover to pay for an additional aid for my right ear and was close to ordering when I became aware of the new Spot Mini 6. I am so glad I decided to try a spot 6! It’s so discreet and comfortable to wear that I forget it’s there. There is no doubt in my mind that having hearing aids in both ears is far superior to wearing only one. The clarity is amazing, I’m hearing sounds around me I’d forgotten exist! So happy!
Totally in ear is a massive gain compared with a behind the ear unit. The small size is marvelous and out of sight. The Spot mini 6 performance is almost unbelievable for such a small unit. Well done to all involved.
I found the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid was easy to use and very effective better than any other hearing aid I have used.
I did not find handling the device to be an issue. I wore the Spot mini 6 in my left ear canal, and the Jaspa 3 in my right.Reception/amplification with both devices was equivalent.
I did not find the Spot Mini device irritating to the ear canal; installation and removal was easy. Naturally, with the concomitant use of reading glasses the Spot mini 6 was superior.
However, moving sound programs and changing volume was easier with the Jaspa3 as this device is larger. All in all, both devices are satisfactory for my needs.
I recently purchased the Spot Mini 6 hearing aids, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and ease to use plus the after sales service. Very low price compared to other hearing aids which are too expensive when compared to Spot Mini 6. No need for hearing tests, quick delivery.

As you stated the Spot mini is not suitable for someone that doesn’t have full use of their fingers, when I first tried the aid I thought no it’s not going to suit me but after about an hours use I forgot it was even in my ear and the clarity is excellent.
I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this hearing aid and how well it stays in my ear. So far I was pretty happy with the Jaspar 3 in my ‘bad’ ear which improved my hearing. The immediate difference when I put the Mini 6 in my ‘good’ ear was that I could correctly hear from which way the sound was coming. With the one aid that disoriented me somewhat. I also thank you for your kind and generous customer service in solving problems.
Once I got used to the Spot Mini 6, I found it to be easy to wear, discreet, hardly noticeable which is what I like. The hearing quality is good.
I’ve been using the Spot Mini 6 for over a week now. It takes a little getting used to as it blocks the ear canal more than an OTE model – it only takes a day to get used to it. The settings give you a wide range of options, and once set, will be retained as your default until you change it. Overall, a very good product at a very affordable price.
It’s comfortable in the ear, not visible and most importantly effective.
I’m so happy that finally there is now a hearing aid that really solved my hearing difficulty. There is so much clarity in hearing the sound, the words being spoken that I don’t feel I am actually wearing one. It is so small that people around me don’t even noticed I’m wearing a hearing aid. For those people who are concerned about visibility, it is definitely not obvious that you are wearing a hearing aid with these. However, I don’t have any problem with wearing behind the ear hearing aids.
Thank you for the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid. I have found it enhances my hearing and is more convenient to insert it into the ear than have it sitting behind the ear. I am still experimenting with the many settings in order to find the optimum one. Regards, Roman.
The Spot Mini 6 is a truly amazing tiny tiny hearing aid. A little awkward to manipulate because of its tiny size but works amazingly well.
I have been using the Spot Mini 6 for just over a week now and am very happy with how it is helping with my hearing loss especially when watching and listening to TV when relaxing with my wife in the evenings. This aid allows me to reduce volume of tv about 5 steps to make it comfortable for my wife whilst I can now hear much clearer than before even at this reduced volume
This aid sits very comfortably in my ear canal and is difficult for others to see. I find the controls are very small and a little difficult to use but still manageable. Overall I am impressed with the Spot Mini 6.
After excellent results using my Jaspa 3BTE hearing aide, I am even more pleased with the Spot Mini 6. The Mini 6 is easier and quicker to place in the ear. The quality of sound seems to be on a par with my Jaspa 3. Top marks all round – out of sight, out of mind, out of the way but definitely not out of use!
Good device; clear instructions, was easy to insert, does the job of more expensive units. Will buy another for the other ear.
Apparently, good things DO come in small packages! The Spot Mini certainly packs a lot into a minuscule device that has almost everything inside your ear. It fits securely and has an easy to understand one-button control, that can be a little small for quick operation, but it can’t be any bigger in such a tiny piece of tech. The lack of transparency can take some getting used to if you’ve been wearing hearing aids that allow a little more of your own voice through in conversations, but this is just something to adjust to, and hardly a deal breaker. Tiny, with good amplification and really uncomplicated to use, the Spot Mini works equally well for conversations in environments with lots of ambient noise, at home around the dinner table, or out and about. A good, no-fuss investment.
I have now been using the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid for 6 weeks and I can highly recommend the product. It is small, fits to the base of the ear comfortably and is almost invisible. It is easy to maintain and to set up and the sound response is excellent even in noisy environments, it can be used also when engaging in moderate physical activities without fear of being dislodged. Thumbs up for this product.
I find Spot Mini 6 is comparable to my existing hearing aid in terms sound quality and performance. What I like most is the size, my wife didn’t notice that I’m wearing one, quite discreet, also no obstruction with my eye glass unlike the BTE hearing aid.
I have been using this aid for a week. Felt comfortable. Removal is particularly easy. Aid came set to Program 1 of 3 (Super Mild Hearing Loss) and Volume 4 of 8. Did not touch these settings
for 3 days. TV sound was clearer, I could distinguish the sounds for letters B,C,D,E. Was able to hear the ticks of the indicators in my car and speech in crowded situations was clearer.
Aid is easy to take out and put in and is turned off by opening the battery compartment. I am considering whether I need a second Mini 6.
There is no doubt these are better than the ones I originally had, they have made a huge difference and I hope I no longer get into trouble with my family for not hearing all they are saying.
What a neat comfortable hearing aid. Marvelous to be able to adjust the volume so easily. I have found the jaspa3 a life changer for me as I do not have to say “beg pardon say that again”? A Great big thanks for such a neat aid.
I purchased the Jaspa3 hearing aids for my husband , he needed something easy to use and he is very happy with them . Easy to insert, easy to control volume and easy to change batteries. So happy we found these online. Tried expensive ones that he hated as they were uncomfortable and very complicated where the Jaspa3 are comfy and exactly what he wante . Happy customers and I have already recommended them to family and friends.
This hearing aid is equal or better than the $6000 one that I purchased (and sent back) because I can adjust the sound level and programs easily, depending on the surrounding noise level. I also like the different sizes of ear canal plugs supplied and have found one that is comfortable.

This is my first hearing aid, so I can’t compare it with others. However, I am finding the Jaspar very good. It does what i want…Blocks some background noise and I can hear my wife better (I don’t know whether that is good or bad). It is easy to set up and to use.
My hearing loss is severe and my next step was to have a cochlear implant. After reading about Jaspa 3 and reading reviews I sent for two hearing aids. I fully expected to have to send them back if they were no good to me. However, I find them really good. I quite like the setting 3 for listening to music. I sometimes prefer a different setting for each ear. I like being able to adjust them on the spot rather than wait for my phone to load the app. I don’t have to worry if I have forgotten my phone or if there is not enough power in the phone. I really like the Jaspa 3 and am glad I got them.
I have been have annual hearing test for the past 10 years or so about 4 years ago it was recommended the I get hearing aids but I found the price to be prohibitive so continued to “manage” my hearing. However, as time passed it became obvious I needed to do something, after much research and consideration I decided over the counter hearing aids were the answer for me. Found Hearing and the Jasper 3 hearing aids have been fantastic, easy online purchase, prompt delivery and efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend Found Hearing and Jasper3.

I’ve given up on my expensive hearing aid that turns into a phone when someone rings me and does clever things. What I wanted was a hearing aid that produced clear sound and was both comfortable to wear and trouble free. The Jaspa 3 is a bargain.
I find they are helping with the dialog on the TV which was one of my problems.
Working in healthcare, it is extremely important that I hear patients and other staff clearly. When this was no longer possible without a hearing aid I was worried, but knew that I should probably push on and get one. A relative let me try his $8000 set and I knew straight away that it made a big difference to what I could hear, so I knew that I had to get a set myself. I definitely didn’t want to spend $8000 so I did some research and saw the Jaspa 3 on the Internet. It looked to have the features of what I was after at a small fraction of the cost of the ones I had tried, so I went ahead and bought just one to try. To my surprise, it did exactly the same job as the expensive one I had tried, so without hesitation I bought a second one and now have a set at a very reasonable cost!
I am delighted with all aspects of my Jasper 3 hearing aids so much so that I purchased another pair for my sister. I live in W.A. and she is in Victoria. She is delighted with hers as well.

My Jaspa 3 hearing aids are better than the $13,000 ones I had before. It is wonderful to be able to select an appropriate program myself, not needing to visit an Audiologist to do it.
The helpful videos made setting the hearing aids simple. I would recommend these to friends.
The Jaspa 3 Hearing Aids have been great from the start, and Found Hearing continues to provide good back-up support and advice. This was essential because that was the first time I had worn hearing aids. The thing I noticed in the first week was the birds chirping in the trees. They were not quite as noticeable without hearing aids. I now have Government supplied hearing aids as well, but I actually prefer to use the Jaspa 3 devices because of their ease of use.
I’m finding the hearing aids comfortable (it’s easy to forget you’re wearing them) and easy to maintain. The controls are easy too. I think they’re good value.

I bought Jaspa hearing 3 aid, have tested them and want to keep them, they are better than 2700$ I had recommended.
I recently had my hearing tested and given a trial run with hearing aids which I found less than satisfactory as sounds were “tinny” and the aids were difficult to install in my ears. I researched online and was aware of Found Hearing aids at about one third of the cost of the ones I trialled so I decided to take the punt to see if they would suit me. I am delighted that I did because I find they are very comfortable, easy to install and work for me better than the ones I trialled and without the irritating “tinny” sound. The Found Hearing staff are easy to contact and very courteous and helpful in answering any queries and carry out what they tell you. Although I am a first time hearing aid user I definitely recommend these aids as a good option at a reasonable cost.
Bought the Jaspa 3 to try as I had paid a lot of money for hearing aids and still could not hear. Was amazed how comfortable the hearing aids where and that I could actually hear with them. I would highly recommend this product.

Needing new hearing aids after 8yrs, decided to try Jaspa 3 Lt & Rt. After some initial problems which were dealt with promptly & efficiently by staff, I am now wearing the new aids all day. I like the fact that I can quickly adjust the volume if too loud or not loud enough, depending on the situation. I am still experimenting with different settings, but I’m sure I won’t have to spend another $7,000. For the money, I think they are well worth trying.
This is the second hearing aid I’ve tried and am very happy with it. The tv volume Is now set lower. The car radio is set lower and I can have a conversation with my friends at darts nights. And my wife doesn’t have to repeat herself all the time.. so, money well spent.
I have found the device very helpful in the car (road noise) and hearing more clearly TV dialogue…the Jaspa 3 Hearing Aid is very comfortable, forgetting I’m using it…Never having a hearing aid before, I’m determined to cancel the appointment previously made with hearing specialist…Thank you again

I bought expensive aids but lost one. I replaced it with a Jaspa and really don’t detect any difference in hearing quality.
Although I am still fine tuning them, there is no doubt that they work better than my previous more expensive ones. I am pleased with their performance thus far.

Everything is going really well. I’d put off doing anything about buying hearing aids because I just baulked at the price. Not only do I now have much less trouble hearing things like high frequencies on the TV (I can hear mens’ and women’s voices now!) and conversations in loud environments.
My brother has two expensive hearing aids. We were discussing the benefits and deficits. He said, “no-one is happy with their hearing aids!” Well, I have one JASPA 3 and I assure you I am very happy with it.

Many thanks for the left and right Jasper 3 units; so far so good. I previous had “inherited” my late mother’s Siemens Binax 5 hearing aids and had these recalibrated by an audiometrist for my current aural needs. However, I can firmly advise that these units (originally about $5k) produced a detuned effect when playing music, thus rendering them totally unsuitable for this purpose! I can advise that the Jasper 3’s do NOT do this and can be used in a live music performing situation.

My brother introduced me to the Jaspa 3 hearing aids after a conversation we had about how often my existing hearing aid ( different brand) did not work. I love my Jaspa 3 , with the different programs you can choose, plus the volume can be changed. Highly recommended it as it is affordable.

After reading the reviews about the Jaspa 3, decided to purchase one to use while my rather expensive hearing aid was in for repair. WOW! So glad I did. I found I was able to hear a lot better with the Jaspa than my original aid. Still using it, although I have my other one back. Highly recommend.
I am most impressed with Jasper 3. I was given hearing aids when Covid had just started, they were hopeless, useless and sat in the draw. As hearing aids are so expensive I kept putting it off. Friend told me of Jasper 3. So happy with it, don’t get all the background noise in dining room particularly, such as scraping plates and the noise of cutlery on plates. I bought the Jaspa 3 hearing aids for my Nana who was refusing to have a hearing test and get hearing aids. I ordered these online, they arrived quickly with good customer service following up after I made the order. It’s so nice to be able to now have a 2 way conversation with my Nana and the smile on her face was priceless when I put them in and she realised she was able to hear so much better .
The Jasper 3 hearing aids are the first hearing aids I have used. Since wearing them I am aware of an increase in volume of some frequencies. The main advantage in having the hearing aids is that now I do not have to ask my wife to repeat everything she says before I understand her. For this she is most grateful.
I bought the hearing aid for my adult hearing impaired son. He is very happy with the quality of the sound and it is comfortable to wear. I was happy with the purchase price and the aid arrived in very good time.
I am very impressed with the Jaspa 3 hearing aid. It is simple to fit and use and leaves my expensive aids, a very poor second. Even the canal lock with Jaspa 3, is so easy to position. No matter how much I persevered with my other aid, I couldn’t get the canal lock to position correctly.

Jaspa 3 is the third hearing aid I’ve had since I commenced using them six years ago. They are by far the best value for money you can buy, in my experience. Each ear can be adjusted individually for surround needs and the 10 levels of volume will cover all requirements. This versatility is a delight. Once you can accustom yourself to the manual operation it is just a dream. Sounds and voices I have not heard for some time are available now. Congratulation to Jaspa 3 for developing this product.
I purchased the Jaspa 3’s for my husband Ray, who has never worn hearing aids before now. He is very pleased with them and has been able to wear them quite comfortably since receiving them in the mail. The short videos were very helpful and I guess the biggest thing for him is getting use to noise again because apparently, I now talk too loud. I think it would be fair to say that both Ray and I are very pleased with the outcome and given that he doesn’t need prompting to wear them daily is a very good sign that he is happy with them.
After about a month, I’ve now experienced most normal hearing environments. Being able to adjust both the program and the volume independently, means I can easily accommodate the the difference in Right/Left deafness I have. Adjusting between the four programs is easy in most cases as the beeps are easy to hear (except once, in a very noisy environment). The battery compartment design is excellent, as the button batteries can’t easily fall out (a problem I had with my other aids – And a potential hazard if there are small grand-children around). Although difficult to accurately assess, I believe that battery life is better. Thanks for a great product.
Received this afternoon. Couldn’t believe the speed of delivery, well done guys. From first trying, I am sitting here with a smile all over my face. The TV is on, and I can actually hear it very clearly. As a user, until now, of the free Government supplied hearing aids and of having put up with them for four years there is just no comparison, yours leave them for dead.
The hearing aids arrived last Monday in good order, and I am very pleased with them. They are less fiddly to use than my prescription set and somewhat more comfortable. I think the volume control range is excellent and the audio stability extremely good. Reading the accompanying material was also useful. Thank you.
Very happy with the aids. 3 previous sets of aids at about 10 times the price of Jaspa did not perform despite expert advice and assistance. Had endless problems with feedback and fitting. Jaspa 3 are the only aids I have been able to wear daily without any feedback or discomfort.

I have suffered with hearing loss in my left ear for many years and I have had my Jaspa 3 hearing aid for about a month now, I purchased as a replacement to my hearing 8 year old (and expensive) hearing aid. I have tinnitus in my left ear and a bit of age-related and industrial deafness. Not bad enough to qualify for a govt subsidy, so I waited. Then I saw the Jaspa ads. So with nothing to lose I jumped in and bought a left ear aid. All I can say, is the difference is profound. The volume settings on the stereo and telly go down about 4 or 5 notches, and the program settings give me options. Brilliant! I will probably get a right ear aid soon.

My only complaint is that I wish that I had seen your advertisement before forking out 5k for other hearing aids. I honestly thought I was probably crazy buying another set. With the Jaspa 3 I was persuaded by the comments from previous customers, but even so did not entertain high hopes. For once in my life I was so totally delighted with a product. As others have commented, they worked beautifully from the moment I used them. I could not believe the clarity and lack of irritating squeaks or sharp sounds. No adjustment required and I can hear my husband when he is 12 meters away in the kitchen and TV once more enjoyable, I was missing so much and having to keep asking my husband to repeat words and comments I could not pick up. I will be recommending Jaspa 3 to my friends and acquaintances, and also on line. Thank you again a really excellent product & experience.
The JASPA3 hearing aids work so well, now I can the TV much clearer than the old hearing aids I have had for six years. I had a little trouble with the left aid at the start, but that was soon rectified, thanks for the good service .
My Jaspa 3 doesn’t leave me with a headache after I have worn it all day – unlike the one I used to own which was supplied by another manufacturer. Good value for money!
I am very happy with Jaspa 3 aids. I had the expensive aids for 8 years and thought I would try the Jaspa 3 as my dear little doggie decided to chew my others up. My fault, left them on my knee and stood up forgetting about them, only to find them on the floor in little pieces. They tell me it is a common occurrence. I have found the Jaspa 3 really good and adjust the device to the circumstances I am in.
I absolutely love the Jaspa 3 hearing aid, it has made a huge difference to my lifestyle. It’s wonderful being able to hear conversations again, not the least of which is being able to hold a conversation with my wife when I’ve driving the car! Such tremendous value for money.
Online purchase went very smoothly and the Jaspa 3 arrived a few days later well packaged. The units are similar in size to my previous units and are easy to manage and I am enjoying using them.

Purchased a Jaspa hearing aid for my house mate. She is not good with computers, phones etc., but has no problems with the control on the Jaspa hearing aid. It is great. The TV volume has gone from 50+ down to 20-, and I do not have to talk to her so loudly any more. It’s a great device for the price.
This is my first time with aids so have nothing to compare with but I am extremely happy with the clarity and adjustability as I have been trialling all programs to find which one suits me in different settings.
I purchased my Jaspa hearing aids as a stand by, having over the years obtained 3 sets from a well known supplier, which seem to have a return for service every three to four months. I now use my Jaspa full time. Many thanks, Doug.
I have had the Jaspa hearing aids for a week (delivery was Tuesday after Easter) and have adjusted to them very well and I notice a big improvement in my hearing. I have referred to the instructional videos on line for guidance and your additional advice on the canal lock is appreciated. I have tried the four programs and will use them as appropriate. Those and the volume controls are great for adjusting to the best setting for the conditions. It is great to have such flexibility. I really appreciate the customer service I have received in dealing with Found Hearing.
I am taking things quite slowly in getting used to wearing a hearing aid and how to make the necessary adjustments but so far am very pleased with the results and in particular how well they control background noise.
The aids work very well. Nice and clear. Very happy overall.
Finding them better than the $7500 one I used to have. Great company to deal with and you solved all my concerns. There were more spares than I received in the expensive ones and I am able to adjust them myself without needing an audiology appointment. Wonderful.
I purchased one Jaspa 3 to start with, as I was a little skeptical at that price. I was surprised at the quality and effectiveness of the range of settings available. Will get the second one. My previous hearing aids were a brand that sell in the $2000/pair range and the Jaspa 3 is better sound and comfort by far.
I purchased the Jaspa 3 for my partner, who like other people was unable to pay $6,000 dollars for hearing aids. He is very happy with my purchase, as am I.
For several years I paid a huge amount for hearing aids until I lost one and I heard about the Jaspa 3, I purchased 2. I lost one due to wearing the mask just before Christmas last. I used the old one whilst awaiting the new Jaspa 3 to come. What a difference, I had to keep asking people to repeat what they were saying. So happy when the new one arrived.
I have no problems so far, and am enjoying better hearing in your mode 4 (boost high frequencies) than I had with my $6,000 hearing aids.
I can report back to you that I am delighted with the performance of my Jaspa, without doubt it is better performing than my previous aid which was double the price. I lost my left aid in a tangle with my Covid mask Xmas eve and was of course unable to get any contact or supply from my regular audiologist over the Xmas/New Year so I thought I would give the Jaspa a try – to my amazement I got a replacement Jaspa within 7 days – amazing service – and more amazing was the performance of Jaspa. My audiologist told me about four months ago I would have to replace my hearing aids at a cost of at least two thousand dollars as the hearing aids were just about at the end of their life. I will be replacing my right aid with Jaspa at an overall cost less than the sum quoted to me. Having studied all of the brands and new hi tech features that are being offered, all I can say is that Jaspa gives me what I want. It gives me better performance than my previous hearing aids at far less than half the cost – practical, efficient, low cost compared to name brand, perhaps more hi tech and high cost features – for me Jaspa does the job.
It’s a good device and better than the more expensive one I had. Good after sales service as well.
I have used hearing aids for more ten years now and have found the more expensive ones next too useless, the Jaspa 3 is far clearer in all environments and no more background noises, I am blown away to put it mildly. Thank you very much.
I’ve been deaf for a few years and refused to do anything about it. I knew I needed a hearing aid but was put off by the high price of other aids and the stigma of wearing one. Finally, my wife couldn’t stand it any more and bought me a pair of Jaspa 3’s. Wearing them has made a real difference to my life. They’re comfortable and largely inconspicuous. My wife and family are happy. No more repeating or shouting. And I’m happy I can join in conversations.
I bought the Jaspa 3 hearing aids for my husband. He was tested a while ago and given a quote for hearing aids for $4000. Being reluctant to pay the $4000 he went without. I stumbled across reviews for the Jaspa 3 and was impressed and thought I would buy them for him. He is very happy and impressed with the Jaspa 3. Highly recommend. Much better than ones I spent $7000 on. Much easier to use and maintain and I can adjust them myself without having to see a technician , my wife is very grateful, the TV volume has gone down from 70 to 35 and she doesn’t have to repeat things constantly. I have found them comfortable to wear and the quality of sound and available settings to achieve this very good. Excellent value, have already recommended them to my hard of hearing friends.

I have had a hearing aid in my right ear for years, but it does not seem to help much. I have now purchased a Jaspa 3 for my left ear, and once again I can hear the sound of the waves on the beach, and all the small sounds from the surrounding bush. I am considering having the right hearing aid replaced with a Jaspa.
Being a first timer I had nothing to compare the Jaspa 3. Reading all the previous testimonials confirms what I wanted to say. I like the outcome that I do not have to ask people to repeat what they have just said. Hearing water running in the bathroom on the other side of the house is a new one to me. TV sound better now on half volume.
An excellent product which unlike its grossly expensive competition works without complex adjustment and works the same each time they are used. A great product, well done.
I purchased these for my elderly Mum who was continually having problems with the ‘expensive’ set from the hearing aid specialists. What a difference, she could actually hear properly again, both face to face and when speaking on the phone. They sat comfortably, and, most importantly, they vastly improved her ability to communicate effectively. The assistance from Found Hearing was second to none and their follow up and instructional videos, exceptional.
I had $9000 hearing aids. Lost one due to a tangle in a face mask. Replacement cost prohibitive. Jaspa 3 an ideal replacement at reasonable cost. Wish I knew of them before I bought the $9000 lot- Jaspa 3 as good as my lost $9000 hearing aids.

The Jaspa 3 pairs well with either of my existing H/aids used for 10 years. Fit is good, no problems. Good to have a spare unit on hand, may get a second one later.
