Possibly could be a 5 star rating. Still adjusting to having aids in both ears. They are simple to use & happy with all the instructions offered.

From the point of ordering to receiving my hearing aid I was very pleased and satisfied how things went. I am very happy with the performance of the Diamond Stream 12.

My wife is very happy with her diamond stream hearing aids had a bit of a problem as one ear canal is smaller, but all sorted with the spare domes that were in the kit thank you for your product.

I received my Diamond Stream 12 hearing aids very promptly after purchase. The instructions are clear & easy to follow. They are very easy to adjust & comfortable to wear. Recharge is fast & convenient.

I have found the Diamond Stream 12 hearing aid easy to use and is definitely superior to the free Medicare device I was previously using. Setting up with the available features and remote control was easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family requiring hearing assistance.

My Diamond Stream 12 hearing aid is fantastic. It is even better than the Jaspa 3 that I had for the last couple of years. It is also very useful while using my computer due to its easy connection to bluetooth.

Love them. Took a little bit of tweeking in the beginning but now have the settings set just right. Comfort and clarity make it a pleasure to wear them.

The Diamond 12 hearing aids are far superior to any aids I have previously experienced. They are far more comfortable, and their noise suppression is excellent. Program 2 voice optimization provides great speech clarification and the ability to individually control the volume and program on each aid is a great asset. The charging system and remote control module make operation a breeze.

I have been using my Diamond Stream 12 hearing aids for about 3 weeks now and I am impressed with them. It has taken a while experimenting to work out which settings work best in which environments. The ability to change modes quickly with the remote control is a great advantage. For people like me with no experience of hearing aids the guide book is good but just trying different settings in different situations is the best teacher. The more I use them the more I like them!

Now a month in and doing well. Remote makes it easy to adjust, however I've got them set to my liking and am happy with the volume and clarity. Will keep you updated.

Clearest hearing I've had out of last 3 sets of aids. Bluetooth great for calls.

Extremely easy to use and all the same hearing benefits as my other pair of $8000 hearing aids. Diamond Stream looks better as it is very slim fit behind the ear. Easy to adjust with the remote.

The Diamond Stream 12 seems to work very good for me.

Very good performance for people with mild deafness like me. The remote certainly helps with finding the right program. For the first hearing aid it is value for money.

I find the new aids allow me to understand unclear TV dialogue much better, and having a remote control makes use much easier.

Pleased with the sound quality when watching TV & other noisy situations. I also find the charging excellent by just popping them in the charger when not using them & plug the charger in occasionally to top it up.

I have trialed the Dura prior to Diamond Stream being released and have been more than satisfied with the performance of the Dura. I have subsequently used the Diamond Stream and the new features have made a good product better. Help and assistance from customer service has always be prompt and constructive.

My hearing aids are very good, much clearer than old ones.

Excellent service and excellent product. Very good value (diamond stream 12). I have found program 1 is noticeable better for me, although still experimenting with the other 3 programs.

I had the government supplied aids for a short period, so am able to say that my Diamond Stream 12 units are superior in every way. Sounds are more natural and Bluetooth connectivity was instant, compared to impossible before.

The Diamond Stream 12 hearing aids help me with my hearing loss, it is a good investment.

I ordered a pair of Diamond 12 Hearing Aids when they were released and wow what a game changer. No more loud TV volume needed much to my Wife's delight. Volume levels and sound changes all via an easy to use remote control. I can clearly hear sounds I haven't heard in years.

Prefer these over my $7000 Siemens.

I have found the Bluetooth pairing works well with my TV, mobile and two computers, enabling clearer hearing- especially from the TV where so many people do not speak clearly. Being able to modify hearing aid conditions with the remote control is a great bonus: no more twiddling with the earpieces. The compact battery charger is also very good.

Great product, very happy with this purchase

After trialing a hearing aid from a well known company, I was not prepared to pay from $6000.00 upwards for something that I did not feel satisfied me. The app would not always work and there was a constant static sound coming thru the hearing aid. I purchased the Diamond Stream 12 from PocketAid and it has not missed a beat. The remote is perfect for me and simple to set up and the hearing aid has been perfect. Such a difference in price, under $2000. Thank you PocketAid
