I'm getting use to them and how to adjust them! Finding them relatively easy to use and so far very happy with them!

Bought 2 pairs of the Jasper 3 hearing aids for my wife and myself and we are very pleased with them. Never had hearing aids before but found them very good. We like that you can adjust the volume up and down unlike more expensive ones.

These are my first hearing aids so cannot compare with other more expensive ones. They are comfortable and very simple to adjust. Still experimenting with the 4 programs but being able to adjust the volume of each side independently is great. Very happy customer so far.

After two previous horrendous experiences with expensive sets of hearing aids I sceptically purchased two Jaspa3 aids. The process was excellent and the resultant hearing improvement helped me join group conversations for the first time in years. Received a follow up call to check on how I was faring which surprised me. I use them as often as required . Simple and easily adjustable to suit the hearing environment.

I so absolutely appreciate my hearing aids. Comfortable to wear and simple to manage. Also a wonderful team who are always willing to give great care and attention. I recommend them to many people .

I cannot believe the Jaspa 3 is every bit as good as the $13,000 hearing aids I am wearing. The difference in value is amazing and I thoroughly recommend the Jaspa 3 to anyone hard of hearing.

I found the Spot Mini 6 is very compact and discreet that’s why it really suits me.

I find the in-ear Spot Mini device user friendly, and they’re every bit as good as the Jaspa 3.

I have been using my Spot Mini 6 hearing aid for about a month now and I am impressed. I sometimes forget that I have them in and I did not think I had the widest ear canals.
Given the good sound quality, I only need to have mine set on less than half the volume setting. I highly recommend the Mini 6 to anyone in the market for a well priced product.

Thank you for the Spot Mini. I get much more comfort and clarity from this tiny device. Am still experimenting on the different settings available, and being so tiny I am still feeling awkward adjusting the volume settings. But given time, am sure I will be able to find the optimum setting that's right for me. Am so happy for this, it's a godsend.

I have now acquired a single Pocket Aid Spot mini 6 completely in canal (CIC) hearing aid. As a health care professional I need to have accurate reliable hearing, and my gradual loss of high frequency tones with age has compelled me to finally look at hearing aids this year. The Spot Mini is a completely different type of device, as it goes fairly deeply into the canal and is therefore barely visible to others. The thin plastic removal pin that pokes out of the unit is useful for removing the device, but I personally do not need it for that, so cut it off as instructed in the online manual. If a person chooses to do that, it becomes a little more tricky to remove, but is still straightforward if one has reasonable manual dexterity. The Unit works very well, allowing me to hear sounds, voices, conversations more clearly. I have tried it now for a few weeks, and it’s improved my ability to hear patients and other staff. No-one has noticed when I have it in.

Size is excellent. Fit is excellent. Easy to use and sound quality very good. Overall excellent value.

I initially decided to try out a Jaspa 3 as a low cost experiment to find out whether I could tolerate wearing hearing aids. Although I have hearing loss in both ears, the loss in my left ear is greater and so I began using a Jaspa 3 device in that ear only. Let me say it was a game changer for me, I was better able to hear conversation in a busy pub atmosphere, and my husband was ecstatic that I turned down the TV volume. But the most significant bonus for me as a one on one trainer in a noisy laboratory setting was the ability to actually hear the questions my trainee was asking rather than try and guess words I previously couldn't quite make out. I had been waiting for my private health cover to pay for an additional aid for my right ear and was close to ordering when I became aware of the new Spot Mini 6. I am so glad I decided to try a spot 6! It's so discreet and comfortable to wear that I forget it's there. There is no doubt in my mind that having hearing aids in both ears is far superior to wearing only one. The clarity is amazing, I'm hearing sounds around me I'd forgotten exist! So happy!

Totally in ear is a massive gain compared with a behind the ear unit. The small size is marvelous and out of sight. The Spot mini 6 performance is almost unbelievable for such a small unit. Well done to all involved.

I found the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid was easy to use and very effective better than any other hearing aid I have used.

I did not find handling the device to be an issue. I wore the Spot mini 6 in my left ear canal, and the Jaspa 3 in my right.Reception/amplification with both devices was equivalent.
I did not find the Spot Mini device irritating to the ear canal; installation and removal was easy. Naturally, with the concomitant use of reading glasses the Spot mini 6 was superior.
However, moving sound programs and changing volume was easier with the Jaspa3 as this device is larger. All in all, both devices are satisfactory for my needs.

I recently purchased the Spot Mini 6 hearing aids, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and ease to use plus the after sales service. Very low price compared to other hearing aids which are too expensive when compared to Spot Mini 6. No need for hearing tests, quick delivery.

As you stated the Spot mini is not suitable for someone that doesn’t have full use of their fingers, when I first tried the aid I thought no it’s not going to suit me but after about an hours use I forgot it was even in my ear and the clarity is excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this hearing aid and how well it stays in my ear. So far I was pretty happy with the Jaspar 3 in my 'bad' ear which improved my hearing. The immediate difference when I put the Mini 6 in my 'good' ear was that I could correctly hear from which way the sound was coming. With the one aid that disoriented me somewhat. I also thank you for your kind and generous customer service in solving problems.

Once I got used to the Spot Mini 6, I found it to be easy to wear, discreet, hardly noticeable which is what I like. The hearing quality is good.

I've been using the Spot Mini 6 for over a week now. It takes a little getting used to as it blocks the ear canal more than an OTE model - it only takes a day to get used to it. The settings give you a wide range of options, and once set, will be retained as your default until you change it. Overall, a very good product at a very affordable price.

I'm so happy that finally there is now a hearing aid that really solved my hearing difficulty. There is so much clarity in hearing the sound, the words being spoken that I don't feel I am actually wearing one. It is so small that people around me don't even noticed I'm wearing a hearing aid. For those people who are concerned about visibility, it is definitely not obvious that you are wearing a hearing aid with these. However, I don't have any problem with wearing behind the ear hearing aids.

Thank you for the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid. I have found it enhances my hearing and is more convenient to insert it into the ear than have it sitting behind the ear. I am still experimenting with the many settings in order to find the optimum one. Regards, Roman.

The Spot Mini 6 is a truly amazing tiny tiny hearing aid. A little awkward to manipulate because of its tiny size but works amazingly well.

I have been using the Spot Mini 6 for just over a week now and am very happy with how it is helping with my hearing loss especially when watching and listening to TV when relaxing with my wife in the evenings. This aid allows me to reduce volume of tv about 5 steps to make it comfortable for my wife whilst I can now hear much clearer than before even at this reduced volume
This aid sits very comfortably in my ear canal and is difficult for others to see. I find the controls are very small and a little difficult to use but still manageable. Overall I am impressed with the Spot Mini 6.

After excellent results using my Jaspa 3BTE hearing aide, I am even more pleased with the Spot Mini 6. The Mini 6 is easier and quicker to place in the ear. The quality of sound seems to be on a par with my Jaspa 3. Top marks all round - out of sight, out of mind, out of the way but definitely not out of use!

Good device; clear instructions, was easy to insert, does the job of more expensive units. Will buy another for the other ear.

Apparently, good things DO come in small packages! The Spot Mini certainly packs a lot into a minuscule device that has almost everything inside your ear. It fits securely and has an easy to understand one-button control, that can be a little small for quick operation, but it can't be any bigger in such a tiny piece of tech. The lack of transparency can take some getting used to if you've been wearing hearing aids that allow a little more of your own voice through in conversations, but this is just something to adjust to, and hardly a deal breaker. Tiny, with good amplification and really uncomplicated to use, the Spot Mini works equally well for conversations in environments with lots of ambient noise, at home around the dinner table, or out and about. A good, no-fuss investment.

I have now been using the Spot Mini 6 hearing aid for 6 weeks and I can highly recommend the product. It is small, fits to the base of the ear comfortably and is almost invisible. It is easy to maintain and to set up and the sound response is excellent even in noisy environments, it can be used also when engaging in moderate physical activities without fear of being dislodged. Thumbs up for this product.

I find Spot Mini 6 is comparable to my existing hearing aid in terms sound quality and performance. What I like most is the size, my wife didn't notice that I'm wearing one, quite discreet, also no obstruction with my eye glass unlike the BTE hearing aid.

I have been using this aid for a week. Felt comfortable. Removal is particularly easy. Aid came set to Program 1 of 3 (Super Mild Hearing Loss) and Volume 4 of 8. Did not touch these settings
for 3 days. TV sound was clearer, I could distinguish the sounds for letters B,C,D,E. Was able to hear the ticks of the indicators in my car and speech in crowded situations was clearer.
Aid is easy to take out and put in and is turned off by opening the battery compartment. I am considering whether I need a second Mini 6.

There is no doubt these are better than the ones I originally had, they have made a huge difference and I hope I no longer get into trouble with my family for not hearing all they are saying.

I purchased the Jaspa3 hearing aids for my husband , he needed something easy to use and he is very happy with them . Easy to insert, easy to control volume and easy to change batteries. So happy we found these online. Tried expensive ones that he hated as they were uncomfortable and very complicated where the Jaspa3 are comfy and exactly what he wante . Happy customers and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

This hearing aid is equal or better than the $6000 one that I purchased (and sent back) because I can adjust the sound level and programs easily, depending on the surrounding noise level. I also like the different sizes of ear canal plugs supplied and have found one that is comfortable.

This is my first hearing aid, so I can't compare it with others. However, I am finding the Jaspar very good. It does what i want...Blocks some background noise and I can hear my wife better (I don't know whether that is good or bad). It is easy to set up and to use.

I have been have annual hearing test for the past 10 years or so about 4 years ago it was recommended the I get hearing aids but I found the price to be prohibitive so continued to "manage" my hearing. However, as time passed it became obvious I needed to do something, after much research and consideration I decided over the counter hearing aids were the answer for me. My hearing loss is severe and my next step was to have a cochlear implant. After reading about Jaspa 3 and reading reviews I sent for two hearing aids. I fully expected to have to send them back if they were no good to me. However, I find them really good. I quite like the setting 3 for listening to music. I sometimes prefer a different setting for each ear. I like being able to adjust them on the spot rather than wait for my phone to load the app. I don't have to worry if I have forgotten my phone or if there is not enough power in the phone. I really like the Jaspa 3 and am glad I got them.

I've given up on my expensive hearing aid that turns into a phone when someone rings me and does clever things. What I wanted was a hearing aid that produced clear sound and was both comfortable to wear and trouble free. The Jaspa 3 is a bargain.

Working in healthcare, it is extremely important that I hear patients and other staff clearly. When this was no longer possible without a hearing aid I was worried, but knew that I should probably push on and get one. A relative let me try his $8000 set and I knew straight away that it made a big difference to what I could hear, so I knew that I had to get a set myself. I definitely didn't want to spend $8000 so I did some research and saw the Jaspa 3 on the Internet. It looked to have the features of what I was after at a small fraction of the cost of the ones I had tried, so I went ahead and bought just one to try. To my surprise, it did exactly the same job as the expensive one I had tried, so without hesitation I bought a second one and now have a set at a very reasonable cost!

I find they are helping with the dialog on the TV which was one of my problems.

My Jaspa 3 hearing aids are better than the $13,000 ones I had before. It is wonderful to be able to select an appropriate program myself, not needing to visit an Audiologist to do it.

The Jaspa 3 Hearing Aids have been great from the start, and Found Hearing continues to provide good back-up support and advice. This was essential because that was the first time I had worn hearing aids. The thing I noticed in the first week was the birds chirping in the trees. They were not quite as noticeable without hearing aids. I now have Government supplied hearing aids as well, but I actually prefer to use the Jaspa 3 devices because of their ease of use.

I'm finding the hearing aids comfortable (it's easy to forget you're wearing them) and easy to maintain. The controls are easy too. I think they're good value.

I recently had my hearing tested and given a trial run with hearing aids which I found less than satisfactory as sounds were “tinny” and the aids were difficult to install in my ears. I researched online and was aware of Found Hearing aids at about one third of the cost of the ones I trialled so I decided to take the punt to see if they would suit me. I am delighted that I did because I find they are very comfortable, easy to install and work for me better than the ones I trialled and without the irritating “tinny” sound. The Found Hearing staff are easy to contact and very courteous and helpful in answering any queries and carry out what they tell you. Although I am a first time hearing aid user I definitely recommend these aids as a good option at a reasonable cost.

I bought Jaspa hearing 3 aid, have tested them and want to keep them, they are better than 2700$ I had recommended.

Purchased a Jaspa 3 after reading reviews and am very happy with the product. The provided videos are great on using and maintaining the hearing aid.

Needing new hearing aids after 8yrs, decided to try Jaspa 3 Lt & Rt. After some initial problems which were dealt with promptly & efficiently by staff, I am now wearing the new aids all day. I like the fact that I can quickly adjust the volume if too loud or not loud enough, depending on the situation. I am still experimenting with different settings, but I’m sure I won’t have to spend another $7,000. For the money, I think they are well worth trying.

This is the second hearing aid I've tried and am very happy with it. The tv volume Is now set lower. The car radio is set lower and I can have a conversation with my friends at darts nights. And my wife doesn't have to repeat herself all the time.. so, money well spent.

I bought expensive aids but lost one. I replaced it with a Jaspa and really don’t detect any difference in hearing quality.

Although I am still fine tuning them, there is no doubt that they work better than my previous more expensive ones. I am pleased with their performance thus far.

My brother has two expensive hearing aids. We were discussing the benefits and deficits. He said, "no-one is happy with their hearing aids!" Well, I have one JASPA 3 and I assure you I am very happy with it.

Everything is going really well. I’d put off doing anything about buying hearing aids because I just baulked at the price. Not only do I now have much less trouble hearing things like high frequencies on the TV (I can hear mens’ and women’s voices now!) and conversations in loud environments.

Jaspa 3 has been my first experience with a hearing aid after much nagging from the family to get one. I bought Jaspa 3 aid a month ago, I am very happy with the quality of the product, Value for money and excellent customer service.

Many thanks for the left and right Jasper 3 units; so far so good. I previous had "inherited" my late mother's Siemens Binax 5 hearing aids and had these recalibrated by an audiometrist for my current aural needs. However, I can firmly advise that these units (originally about $5k) produced a detuned effect when playing music, thus rendering them totally unsuitable for this purpose! I can advise that the Jasper 3's do NOT do this and can be used in a live music performing situation.

My brother introduced me to the Jaspa 3 hearing aids after a conversation we had about how often my existing hearing aid ( different brand) did not work. I love my Jaspa 3 , with the different programs you can choose, plus the volume can be changed. Highly recommended it as it is affordable.

These Jaspa 3 hearing aids arrived in the post within a few days of ordering them. It's my first experience with using hearing aids and I have had no difficulty in using them. Once in place, they stay that way all day. And I can now hear more of the high notes with much less chance that I need to ask others to repeat what they have said. Very good value.

The sound quality is better than I was expecting. Your adverts say all the things I expect from sales adverts, but your statements, about the hearing aids being as good as (or better, you might have claimed) are, I'm pleased to say, all true!

I have purchased the Jaspa 3 hearing aid about 7 months ago and I can truly say that I am very happy about the performance of this aids. My wife has bought a hearing aid for $ 2700.00 and there is no real difference between the quality of the actual hearing.

After reading the reviews about the Jaspa 3, decided to purchase one to use while my rather expensive hearing aid was in for repair. WOW! So glad I did. I found I was able to hear a lot better with the Jaspa than my original aid. Still using it, although I have my other one back. Highly recommend.

I congratulate you on your product, I now can receive TV clearly and do not miss any normal conversations.

I am most impressed with Jasper 3. I was given hearing aids when Covid had just started, they were hopeless, useless and sat in the draw. As hearing aids are so expensive I kept putting it off. Friend told me of Jasper 3. So happy with it, don’t get all the background noise in dining room particularly, such as scraping plates and the noise of cutlery on plates. Take the plunge - I did, it was worth it.

After having in the ear aids for quite some time I was ready to replace them and chanced onto the Jaspa 3 website. After long research and deliberations I opted for them. They arrived promptly and after installing them and wearing them for about 3 weeks now all I can say is I wished I had discovered them earlier. Thank you very much.

I found the hearing aid improved my hearing as I can now understand the higher range sounds.

I bought the Jaspa 3 hearing aids for my Nana who was refusing to have a hearing test and get hearing aids. I ordered these online, they arrived quickly with good customer service following up after I made the order. It’s so nice to be able to now have a 2 way conversation with my Nana and the smile on her face was priceless when I put them in and she realised she was able to hear so much better .

The Jasper 3 hearing aids are the first hearing aids I have used. Since wearing them I am aware of an increase in volume of some frequencies. The main advantage in having the hearing aids is that now I do not have to ask my wife to repeat everything she says before I understand her. For this she is most grateful.

I am very impressed with the Jaspa 3 hearing aid. It is simple to fit and use and leaves my expensive aids, a very poor second. Even the canal lock with Jaspa 3, is so easy to position. No matter how much I persevered with my other aid, I couldn't get the canal lock to position correctly.

Jaspa 3 is the third hearing aid I've had since I commenced using them six years ago. They are by far the best value for money you can buy, in my experience. Each ear can be adjusted individually for surround needs and the 10 levels of volume will cover all requirements. This versatility is a delight. Once you can accustom yourself to the manual operation it is just a dream. Sounds and voices I have not heard for some time are available now. Congratulation to Jaspa 3 for developing this product.

I purchased the Jaspa 3’s for my husband Ray, who has never worn hearing aids before now. He is very pleased with them and has been able to wear them quite comfortably since receiving them in the mail. The short videos were very helpful and I guess the biggest thing for him is getting use to noise again because apparently, I now talk too loud.  I think it would be fair to say that both Ray and I are very pleased with the outcome and given that he doesn’t need prompting to wear them daily is a very good sign that he is happy with them.

After about a month, I've now experienced most normal hearing environments. Being able to adjust both the program and the volume independently, means I can easily accommodate the the difference in Right/Left deafness I have. Adjusting between the four programs is easy in most cases as the beeps are easy to hear (except once, in a very noisy environment). The battery compartment design is excellent, as the button batteries can't easily fall out (a problem I had with my other aids - And a potential hazard if there are small grand-children around). Although difficult to accurately assess, I believe that battery life is better. Thanks for a great product.

Received this afternoon. Couldn’t believe the speed of delivery, well done guys. From first trying, I am sitting here with a smile all over my face. The TV is on, and I can actually hear it very clearly. As a user, until now, of the free Government supplied hearing aids and of having put up with them for four years there is just no comparison, yours leave them for dead.

The hearing aids arrived last Monday in good order, and I am very pleased with them. They are less fiddly to use than my prescription set and somewhat more comfortable. I think the volume control range is excellent and the audio stability extremely good. Reading the accompanying material was also useful. Thank you.

Very happy with the aids. 3 previous sets of aids at about 10 times the price of Jaspa did not perform despite expert advice and assistance. Had endless problems with feedback and fitting. Jaspa 3 are the only aids I have been able to wear daily without any feedback or discomfort.

I have suffered with hearing loss in my left ear for many years and I have had my Jaspa 3 hearing aid for about a month now, I purchased as a replacement to my hearing 8 year old (and expensive) hearing aid. After getting prices in the 1000s for a replacement I went looking for another option and found the Jaspa 3. It is so comfortable, easy to use and so efficient. I have tinnitus in my left ear and a bit of age-related and industrial deafness. Not bad enough to qualify for a govt subsidy, so I waited. Then I saw the Jaspa ads. So with nothing to lose I jumped in and bought a left ear aid. All I can say, is the difference is profound. The volume settings on the stereo and telly go down about 4 or 5 notches, and the program settings give me options. Brilliant! I will probably get a right ear aid soon.

My only complaint is that I wish that I had seen your advertisement before forking out 5k for other hearing aids. I honestly thought I was probably crazy buying another set. With the Jaspa 3 I was persuaded by the comments from previous customers, but even so did not entertain high hopes. For once in my life I was so totally delighted with a product. As others have commented, they worked beautifully from the moment I used them. I could not believe the clarity and lack of irritating squeaks or sharp sounds. No adjustment required and I can hear my husband when he is 12 meters away in the kitchen and TV once more enjoyable, I was missing so much and having to keep asking my husband to repeat words and comments I could not pick up. The JASPA3 hearing aids work so well, now I can the TV much clearer than the old hearing aids I have had for six years. I had a little trouble with the left aid at the start, but that was soon rectified, thanks for the good service .

I am very happy with Jaspa 3 aids. I had the expensive aids for 8 years and thought I would try the Jaspa 3 as my dear little doggie decided to chew my others up. My fault, left them on my knee and stood up forgetting about them, only to find them on the floor in little pieces. They tell me it is a common occurrence. I have found the Jaspa 3 really good and adjust the device to the circumstances I am in.

Purchased a Jaspa hearing aid for my house mate. She is not good with computers, phones etc., but has no problems with the control on the Jaspa hearing aid. It is great. The TV volume has gone from 50+ down to 20-, and I do not have to talk to her so loudly any more. It's a great device for the price.

This is my first time with aids so have nothing to compare with but I am extremely happy with the clarity and adjustability as I have been trialling all programs to find which one suits me in different settings.

I have had the Jaspa hearing aids for a week (delivery was Tuesday after Easter) and have adjusted to them very well and I notice a big improvement in my hearing. I have referred to the instructional videos on line for guidance and your additional advice on the canal lock is appreciated. I have tried the four programs and will use them as appropriate. Those and the volume controls are great for adjusting to the best setting for the conditions. It is great to have such flexibility. I am taking things quite slowly in getting used to wearing a hearing aid and how to make the necessary adjustments but so far am very pleased with the results and in particular how well they control background noise.

I purchased one Jaspa 3 to start with, as I was a little skeptical at that price. I was surprised at the quality and effectiveness of the range of settings available. Will get the second one. My previous hearing aids were a brand that sell in the $2000/pair range and the Jaspa 3 is better sound and comfort by far.

I purchased the Jaspa 3 for my partner, who like other people was unable to pay $6,000 dollars for hearing aids. He is very happy with my purchase, as am I.

For several years I paid a huge amount for hearing aids until I lost one and I heard about the Jaspa 3, I purchased 2. I lost one due to wearing the mask just before Christmas last. I used the old one whilst awaiting the new Jaspa 3 to come. What a difference, I had to keep asking people to repeat what they were saying. So happy when the new one arrived.

I have no problems so far, and am enjoying better hearing in your mode 4 (boost high frequencies) than I had with my $6,000 hearing aids.

I can report back to you that I am delighted with the performance of my Jaspa, without doubt it is better performing than my previous aid which was double the price. I lost my left aid in a tangle with my Covid mask Xmas eve and was of course unable to get any contact or supply from my regular audiologist over the Xmas/New Year so I thought I would give the Jaspa a try - to my amazement I got a replacement Jaspa within 7 days - amazing service - and more amazing was the performance of Jaspa. My audiologist told me about four months ago I would have to replace my hearing aids at a cost of at least two thousand dollars as the hearing aids were just about at the end of their life. I will be replacing my right aid with Jaspa at an overall cost less than the sum quoted to me. Having studied all of the brands and new hi tech features that are being offered, all I can say is that Jaspa gives me what I want. It gives me better performance than my previous hearing aids at far less than half the cost - practical, efficient, low cost compared to name brand, perhaps more hi tech and high cost features - for me Jaspa does the job.

It's a good device and better than the more expensive one I had. Good after sales service as well.

Much better than ones I spent $7000 on. Much easier to use and maintain and I can adjust them myself without having to see a technician , my wife is very grateful, the TV volume has gone down from 70 to 35 and she doesn't have to repeat things constantly. I have had a hearing aid in my right ear for years, but it does not seem to help much. I have now purchased a Jaspa 3 for my left ear, and once again I can hear the sound of the waves on the beach, and all the small sounds from the surrounding bush. Being a first timer I had nothing to compare the Jaspa 3. Reading all the previous testimonials confirms what I wanted to say. I like the outcome that I do not have to ask people to repeat what they have just said. Hearing water running in the bathroom on the other side of the house is a new one to me. TV sound better now on half volume.

I purchased these for my elderly Mum who was continually having problems with the 'expensive' set from the hearing aid specialists. What a difference, she could actually hear properly again, both face to face and when speaking on the phone. They sat comfortably, and, most importantly, they vastly improved her ability to communicate effectively. From the moment I had first played my (electric) piano with just the first Jaspa, I realised how I had been missing out - a dead sound came alive! I was hearing real piano sound quality for the first time in probably 10 to 20 years. Listening to recordings I had made over the years confirmed this - and also that I had probably been setting volumes higher than younger people may have found comfortable! After a day or two of using the one Jaspa and noticing the improvement also in general conversation and listening to TV - particularly older programs that did not have subtitles - I ordered the 2nd Jaspa. With two Jaspas - both initially set at Program 1, Volume 3-4 - I confirmed what I had already found. Sounds came alive - I was also hearing things that I hadn’t noticed before - squeaking doors, footsteps on hard floors, cutlery on plates - but also musical instruments (particularly percussion) in recordings, and birds when I went outside.

I purchased the Jaspa 3. I suffer from industrial deafness from heavy industry work. From when I received the Jaspa 3 it has been excellent. The TV is now at normal volume. We are both using the one TV. I am now hearing nature sounds. My wife suggested I buy Jaspa 3 and she is extremely happy with the results. I had been told that nothing would help my hearing loss, but Jaspa 3 has proved otherwise.

I’m more that happy with my new found hearing aid, just wish I had heard of your product before as it would of saved me many tests with different establishments over quite a few years with great promises and more that a few dollars too. I have been wearing two hearing aids, of a well known brand, for a number of years and can't honestly say that I have been satisfied with the results. Was looking at spending 10k plus for new ones but after reading your ad I decided to take a punt and buy two Jasper 3. Glad I did as the results have been excellent. I have always had difficulty with high frequency voices, mainly female. Now my wife can't mumble about me as I can hear every word she says. Seriously,both my wife and I are very happy with the results.

I had no idea what to expect of hearing aids and I’m delighted at how much my Jaspas help my hearing! I’m loving using Program 4 to boost the high-frequency range where I’ve been lacking for a long time. I’m amazed at the clarity and brightness of high-frequency sounds, especially classical music has become more vivid – as it used to be decades ago, I suppose! I’ve also become aware of sounds around me – frog calls, the crunch of gravel under foot, birds tweeting – things I had hardly noticed before. At the same time, the effect is subtle and unobtrusive; there’s no sense of “amplification” or that the sound is in any way “un-natural”. I now have to actually turn the TV down – the usual volume is now way too loud and I can hear all the dialogue instead of just fragments and I now have to ask my wife, who has learned to speak loudly, to please stop shouting! The Jaspas are easy to use, programming is dead easy and they are incredibly comfortable; I completely forget I’m wearing them.

I was diagnosed with mild to moderate hearing loss, slightly worse in my right ear, and I saw your advertisements and decided to give one a try in my right ear. I am new to hearing aids (I have never worn one previously) so I have nothing to compare it with, however I offer the following feedback after nearly 2 weeks of use. I find the hearing aid very easy to insert in my ear, it fits well and is quite inconspicuous. I do find it is making a positive difference to my hearing, and I have come to like it. I wear it every day and I am considering purchasing another one for my other ear. The battery life is very good – I am still using my first battery after nearly two weeks. I started off using program 1 or 2, and have left it on 2 for now. Well done for creating such an affordable and functional hearing aid 😊

I wish I could go back in time and order a pair of your hearing aids before spending so much more money on my last ones, which just weren't as good as yours. Nothing has happened to make me less happy with my Jaspa 3s - I love them! They really do create a very natural hearing amplification and are so easy to use. I am super impressed with your communication too - the follow up and great information you provide re usage etc. My last hearing aids had a manual which even with a MENSA IQ you'd find hard to interpret - not that I have a MENSA IQ, but I think I'm at least of average intelligence 😆, and I more than struggled trying to interpret it. Having had a work place accident 17 years ago and left with severe hearing loss in both ears I purchased a couple of Jasper 3 hearing aids. The best purchase I have made as I can now effectively communicate in the work force and socially. Being adjustable you can change the setting accordingly to the environment you are in and its not hard to work out. Comfortable to wear and great sound quality. Extremely satisfied.

I have purchased my last pair of expensive hearing aids. Having bought and worn the Jaspa 3 aids for a fraction of the cost spent elsewhere, I am convinced Jaspa 3 aids offer better value for similar quality and performance. I wish I had known about them sooner.

I have been doing without hearing aids for quite a while, as the ones I bought last year have been uncomfy to wear and not especially effective - they have a kind of echo and actually start hurting my ears after a while. I've tried yours now, over fairly long periods, and though heaps cheaper than my others they are amazing! No echo, good amplification and a manual that actually is understandable. I'm very happy with them!

Hi-I have had my Jaspa 3 for a few months - It was reasonably priced, easy to maintain and clean and adjust. Fits snugly. You don't know that it is there. Can now hear the car blinker plus lots of other forgotten noises. Very satisfied. Great stuff!!!

So far so good! I am still getting use to them, however, it is making a massive difference to the quality of my hearing. I am diagnosed HOH and have been recommended HA's from Audiologists before, however, could not justify the expense. I'm not in an age bracket to receive any assistance and I have a young family. So the Jaspa 3's have been a great reasonably priced alternative. Apart from the connectivity features of some of the more expensive brands; I am unable to distinguish another difference between the Jaspa 3 and the $5500 set of aids that I trialled from my Audiologist. Particularly in terms of sound quality. And that's whats most important to me. The hearing quality.

Lost my standard hearing aid last year & couldn't bring myself to fork out $2,500 to replace it. My wife saw this advertised &, with some trepidation I ordered it. Well, I have to say it has exceeded all my expectations & is significantly better than the one I lost. About the same size & shape as the old one but sits more comfortably, has much clearer sound, and I can control both the volume & the program. My wife is over the moon as well as I now talk much quieter & she doesn't have to repeat everything. Couldn't be happier with it.

The Jaspa devices have outperformed my $7000 Oticon hearing aids that I bought last year. I am very glad I found you online and thought for the price I will give it a go. I have quickly adjusted to these hearing aids, and am now wearing them about 3 or 4 hours a day, often in the afternoon or if I go out of the house I will pop them in. It is wonderful to adjust them with the button if necessary. Very happy.

These aids are so simple yet effective. In comparison to my government supplied aids, I cannot speak more highly of the comfort and sound quality of the Jaspa 3 hearing aids. The size is also very small in comparison to my other aids, and as a result I feel much more comfortable wearing them. Best of all I can hear very well!

I only have difficulty on occasions and although hearing aids were recommended by a specialist I haven't been able to justify them until now. These work very well to serve my needs and the clarity of TV is very good in particular (I can turn the volume down to 10 now).

I have been trying to get my husband to wear his hearing aids that we paid a lot of money for, however he never wore them after the first month stating that he didn't get enough benefit. I am finding the Jaspa 3 provides a great improvement to my hearing and is comfortable to wear to the point that I don't know it is there, even if I wear it all day. This morning I went out for coffee with friends in an outdoor situation and found I was able to hear all the conversation clearly and without any wind noise, so this is exactly what I needed.

Recently I added the excellent Jaspa 3 Hearing aid for daily use.... I can not believe what I can hear, but it is a wonderful reality.

I was trialling an expensive pair of hearing aids and I discovered your advertisement. I contacted Found Hearing to compare both hearing aids. My circumstances were I just could not afford the trialled pair and Found Hearing was within my budget. Although I have just received mine I have found they are comfortable and no squelching noise. The Jaspa 3 is certainly value you for money. My original hearing aids cost me heaps and I can't hear as well with them as with the Jaspa 3. Great having so many volume changes.

I have worn hearing aids for about 10 years now. I spotted your ad in the Qld Senior newspaper a month or so ago. Liked what I read about the Jasper3 and ordered a replacement for the RHS. I’ve worn it for about a month now and can honestly say it meets my requirements very well, and I DO NOT NEED A SMART PHONE to complicate things….. I can also turn the volume up or down to suit myself and I’m gradually learning about all it’s features.

I am finding the aid is good, and although I have only one functional ear (which has mild to moderate loss as well), I am finding the aid good for noisy supermarkets etc. in program 2, and appreciate that I can manually adjust the volume easily in each program. I have been pleased with the quality of sound I get – it seems more natural and not as penetratingly loud as is often the case with my normal aids. The good thing is I can use yours easily and adjust it myself, so am pleased with it overall.

I have two "normal" type hearing aids with fitted ear moulds. The aids are adjusted for my particular level of hearing loss, which is rated as "severe", but that causes distortion of louder sounds, especially with TV. I then purchased Jaspa 3 aids for both ears and found they were about as effective as my fitted aids (costing many times that of the Jaspas). However when I installed the double seal addition recently made available the performance improved so much as to exceed that of my expensive aids, especially with regard to distortion, which does not occur even with louder sounds. (I note that other testimonials also report favourably with regard to clarity.) The Jaspa aids are very effective for TV, again without distortion. It is a remarkable achievement and I thank you for it.

Having lost my hearing aid thanks to unknowingly having it tangled in the elastic of the mask we have had to wear I, being of advanced years, was not prepared to replace it with the very expensive aids that are prescribed for us. So I consulted Google and found Jaspa 3. I am very glad I did as it is much more versatile and user-friendly than what I had. I am so much more satisfied with Jaspa 3. It does a wonderful job.

Found Hearing, As I said before I am delighted and yes I have referred some friends to it. It is wonderful to hear speech and not a mumble which I had got used to. By the way, I am finding that when I remove it at night I am able to hear speech still. I can only conclude the device is retaining my hearing as in the past I had started to ‘switch off’ due to the constant mumble.

Simple! Uncomplicated! Very natural clear sound. No wasting hours with audiologist trying to get expensive aids to try to do their job properly and manage Apps that don't even work! A very effective hearing aid at a reasonable price. Wish I had started off here instead of at the top end range = top frustration range!

I bought the hearing aids for Sue who was very deaf. She was very excited to find that the turn indicators in her car made a clicking sound when she used them. These have changed her life. A great outcome from a great product.

My first two pairs of hearing aids were expensive and to be quite frank lacking in performance. The 2 Jaspa 3 aids are far superior in terms of clarity and most importantly, maintain hearing quality even in a crowded room or restaurant. I no longer excuse myself from noisy environments thanks to the technology of Jaspa 3. Well done. Hearnow also has great backup support if needed.

I bought my first Jaspa 3 as a try out but was so impressed bought my second one within the month of the first so the hearing in both ears are fully covered. Although to be honest one does the job well. The biggest test was well and truly exceeded by Jaspa 3 when I went for a bicycle ride with a friend who is very quietly spoken and hard to hear at the best of times. On my bike ride this morning I heard my friend clearly from behind and when riding side by side. For the first time in many years I also heard the birds quite loudly as I rode along. I can't recommend Jaspa 3 highly enough for doing the job exceedingly well at a relatively cheap price.

I have bought a Jaspa 3 for my left ear, which is slightly deaf (I'm 90 yrs old). I'm very impressed with its versatility - four different programs, each with many levels of volume. It is taking me a while to work out the best setting for different purposes, but I'm very happy that it has improved my hearing a lot. I'm thinking of getting another for my right ear.

My 92 yr. old mother was about to spend $5000+ on a hearing aid so I got a Jaspa 3 after reading some reviews. My experience around older people is that many of them end up not using their often expensive hearing aids because of too much background noise. My mother is delighted with the device and we can now have a decent conversation without having to constantly apologise or guessing whether to say yes or no. My hearing also has some issues so I bought one for my self and will get one for my wife. I just was not prepared to spend huge money for something I may have not wanted to use or that may not have functioned satisfactorily. These devices work well.

I have this hearing aid for some weeks and have found it superior to my much more expensive hearing aid for watching TV, in general conversation with more that one person and in a crowded environment like restaurants, hotel dining areas etc. The hearing aid is easy to control the volume and also the different programs.

I used the Jaspa 3 hearing aids when my hearing aids were in for repair. I previously wore CIC hearing aids which were entirely inside the ear. After using the Jaspa 3 I noticed that they seemed to outperform my regular hearing aids, and also provided superior comfort. I have since only worn behind- the- ear styled hearing aids. I would definitely recommend the Jaspa 3 as an excellent hearing aid.

A brilliant little hearing aid. I have been waiting to purchase something more affordable and the Jaspa 3 ticks all the boxes. They are easy to use, I can hear much better at bridge, and when I’m out and about in general.

These are very natural sounding hearing aids. The real benefit is being able to very easily control the volume to suit yourself. I will increase the volume for TV, and then reduce it a little if I go out with friends. Very convenient and the fit is excellent.

Nice to finally have a high-quality device for a low cost! They keep saying that hearing aid prices are coming down, but even the lower priced hearing aids are around $2000. I can certainly say the Jaspa 3 hearing aids are excellent. Great clear sound, and variety of sound settings to choose from.

The Jaspa 3 would rate right up at the top of any survey. A very effective hearing aid, easy to manage and at an appropriate and reasonable price point. I heard about the Jaspa 3 hearing aids from a friend and when I saw them and the price, I knew I had to get a pair. They have been brilliant so far, and I would recommend to anyone who wants a highly affordable device that performs just like expensive hearing aids.

I would recommend the Jaspa 3 hearing aid! I started with one Jaspa 3 hearing aid and within a few weeks I got another one for the other ear! They sit comfortably behind my ears, almost invisible really from the front. I can hear TV, birds, and family conversation is much clearer.
